Hi sis! Since you've made it to my website then you probably know my name is Mel Clark. I'm 24 years old currently living in Los Angeles, CA!

GIRL LET ME TELL YOU ABOUT ME IN THE GREEN DRESS. Exhausted constantly, uncomfortable in my own skin, and literally wanted to cry when I saw this photo taken. The heaviest I had EVER BEEN. I was a softball player throughout high school, and never really found myself struggling to be in shape until I quit! Tried going to the gym on my own (aka taking group cardio classes), I wasn't seeing any results. 

I knew my eating wasn't the best but I bought the idea of "eat whatever you want, and just workout" WRONG! I had coffee 2-3 times a day to just function, skipped breakfast (because who was time for that?), and basically was a vacuum with binge eating at the end of the day.

I desperately needed a solution and found a former teammate posting about these nutritonal products on IG. I had no idea what Herbalife was (well I had a really NEGATIVE idea), so I just said "let me try it girl, I'm ready". Everything tasted BOMB! I got started on a full month supply (way cheaper than my eating out habit) and went on to drop 13LBS and 3 pant sizes my first month! No more Starbucks and began eating 6-7 times a day! YASSS GIRRRRL!

Today, I have put on 13LBS of lean mass and LOVE myself more than ever. I am an online coach looking for more babes (like you) that are ready for a change! Ready to stop living in the negative mindset, ready to truly establish healthy habits, and ready to step into G R E A T N E S S ! I will continue sharing my story to impact more badass girls, share my knowledge, and inspire YOU to just start!
